Roy Hodgson was in full coaching mode on Sunday morning as he spent over an hour on the training pitch with England Under-21s.
With both the Senior Team and the Young Lions staying at St. George's Park this week ahead of games against Scotland, England boss Hodgson took the first training session.
After warming up with a passing and turning practice with Ray Lewington, Hodgson took over to work on defending with the 15 Under-21s players taking part in the session.
The 3v2 practice, which Hodgson has previously used with the Senior Team, is a great one for teams at all levels to try.
While focusing on the two defenders, it also gives the attacking players a chance to work on their movement and finishing.
