The squad for the Young Lions' friendly game with Germany in Colchester has been named.
England v Germany
U19 International Friendly
7.00pm, Tuesday 18 November 2008
Weston Homes Community Stadium, Colchester United FC
England U19s are back in action later this month when they head to Essex for a friendly fixture against Germany in Colchester.
After sealing their progression to the next stage of European Championship Qualification in October, they will be hoping to follow up their success in Northern Ireland with a good performance and result against Germany, who are the current European U19 Champions following their win in the Final in Czech Republic in July.
Head Coach Brian Eastick has now named his squad for the game, which will see a sell-out crowd at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Included are the majority of the team which travelled to Belfast where victories over Albania and the hosts proved enough for the Young Lions to reach the Elite Qualifying Round next year, for which the draw will be made later this month.
Included in the 18-man group is Aston Villa defender Nathan Baker, who was called up previously to the squad which faced the Netherlands in a friendly in September but was forced to withdraw due to injury.
