Roy Hodgson's team trained at St. George's Park ahead of Friday's World Cup qualifier
Roy Hodgson's England team trained at St. George's Park
on Tuesday morning as they stepped up their preparations for Friday's World Cup qualifier against Montenegro.
It was a warm and sunny day in Staffordshire as all 23 members of Hodgson's squad were out on the elite pitch for their first full session of the week.
They were watched by media and competition winners at the national football centre and looked relaxed and happy as they were put through their paces by Hodgson's coaching team.
And on the pitch next door, Gareth Southgate had his Under-21s players out for training ahead of their Euro 2015 qualifier in San Marino on Thursday.
