Peter Crouch will start alongside Wayne Rooney for their World Cup qualifier against Ukraine on Wednesday.
Darren Bent added to England's injury list after limping out of training on Tuesday, while Emile Heskey and Carlton Cole were both injured in the 4-0 win against Slovakia on Saturday.
Crouch - who replaced Cole after he had come on for Heskey - was rated doubtful for the Ukraine clash, but he has won his fight to be fit and Capello reckons he is the perfect man to lead the line with Rooney.
"I will start with Crouch against Ukraine - Rooney will not be on his own," revealed Capello.
"We have a different approach with Crouch, a different style. We will play with him because I am sure he is the best forward for our first eleven."
Gabriel Agbonlahor will get the chance to claim his third cap after Capello called him into the squad and the England manager says the Aston Villa ace's workrate gave him an easy decision to make.
"We decided on Agbonlahor - we spoke with Aston Villa and he has been training well, so that is why we chose him," he added.
England have the chance to maintain their 100 per cent record in World Cup Qualifying and Capello says Saturday's resounding win at Wembley has given the team all the confidence they need to continue their impressive run.
"I was very happy after the game against Slovakia. We created a lot of chances and they provided us with an important test," he said.
"They played on the counter attack and this is the reason why we chose them as a test because Ukraine play that way too.
"Ukraine will be dangerous. We must focus during the game because I have studied them and they are a very tough team.
"The game at Wembley was very important for our confidence. We can play with more confidence on Wednesday and also the fans were happy with our performance."
