Under-21s Debut 16.11.10, 0-2 v Germany (a)
Josh has played for Chelsea’s first team and represented England at four levels. He was at Middlesbrough on loan in 2012-13 after a similar arrangement with Swansea.
A talented and skilful player, who has been on the books of Chelsea since he was eight-years-old and has also been in and around the England junior teams since he made his U16s debut as a 14-year-old in 2007.
That was a cold and windy night at Bloomfield Road in Blackpool, as Kenny Swain's side took on Northern Ireland but McEachran's early promise was there for all to see as he showed some fine touches and technique in what was a cameo first half appearance.
Since then, the Oxford-born ace has excelled even more for both club and country, helping Chelsea to lift The FA Youth Cup in 2010 with some sparkling team performances before he joined up with England U17s for the European Championship Finals.
There, Josh played a key role in the team with his ability, composure and technique aiding the side's run to the Final and victory over Spain in Liechtenstein.
A natural left-footer, but almost so comfortable in possession of the ball that it's hard to see what side he favours, he also has the ability to drift past and evade players in all areas of the pitch.
