Customer Charter

The Football Association values the direct relationship we have with our customers who purchase tickets for FA-organised matches (England Senior internationals, FA Cup Semi-Finals and Final and The FA Community Shield) and purchase The FA's merchandise.

The FA Customer Charter focuses on customer issues across a number of areas including:

 - Staff conduct and response time
 - Ticketing
 - Loyalty and membership schemes
 - Merchandising
