Gain a year's valuable work experience with our Elite Coach Menteeship
Applications are now open for four spaces on our Elite Coach Menteeship and it could be the vital next step in your coaching journey. The programme provides an incredible opportunity for female and BAME male coaches to gain a year’s work experience across The FA, from England youth team camps to county coach development.
Mentees also get the opportunity to support both youth and national coach developer teams as well as attending LMA Masterclass events.
Sounds good right?
Here’s The FA coach inclusion and diversity manager, Abdul Fazal, to explain a little more about the programme:
“The elite coach mentee programme plays a significant role in helping us create a world-leading education programme for a diverse football workforce.
“With Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) male and all female coaches continuing to be significantly under-represented at the top levels of the men and women’s game, the menteeship provides an opportunity to redress this imbalance.”
