Perform at St. George's Park were appointed by The Football Association in March 2013 as the preferred choice of healthcare provider to carry out the Scholar Cardiac Screening programme as well as carrying out cardiac screening for all Club England teams.
The Programme was implemented to help minimise the risk of an athlete or player suffering from an undiagnosed heart condition. The screening programme promotes health, and encourages the overall wellbeing of players - ultimately saving lives!
Perform carries out cardiac screening services to the 24 England teams and to youth and professional senior players up to Premier League level. It is now mandatory that every player playing in the Premier League or any UEFA competition must have at least one ECG and Echo in their medical folder.

Our Pathology services can be tailored to the needs of your club. The Perform team can visit your club to take the blood samples or if you would prefer, send the consumables for your team doctor to collect the samples. We will then arrange a suitable time for collection and undertake a thorough analysis.
