Poland qualified for their seventh World Cup by finishing behind England.
Poland
The Poles qualified as one of the best runners-up in Europe after pushing England all the way in their group.
They have twice finished third in the World Cup - in 1974 and 1982 - but it would be a major shock if they repeat that achievement in Germany.
Four years ago hopes were high after another decent qualifying campaign, but they lost to South Korea and Portugal to make a victory over USA relatively meaningless.
Celtic striker Maciej Zurawski was top scorer in qualifying this time around with seven goals.
