England players have been put through a tough fitness test this morning in their Portguese training Camp of Vale De Lobo.
Under the watchful eye of England Head Coach Sven-Goran Eriksson it was the second day that the players had trained together in Portugal, with the tempo increased significantly.
Performances of note this morning include Michael Owen's return to goalscoring form for his country, notching two goals in a practice match that you will be able to watch highlights of tomorrow on TheFA.com.
After completing a full day of training yesterday comfortably, the signs are good for Micheal as he continues his comeback from injury and this is yet another important step in the right direction.
17-year-old Theo Walcott is also settling in very well and showing that he has not been fazed in anyway by joining up with England.
Another uncapped player who is looking sharp is Tottenham's Aaron Lennon, the flying winger has brought his strong club form into the England setup and looked very much at ease.
