Arsenal completed the lineup of teams through to the semi-finals of The FA Women's Cup after they beat Chelsea 6-1 yesterday afternoon in a comfortable victory.

Arsenalnow face holders Charlton in the last-four, with Leeds taking on Liverpool in the other semi-final.

Arsenal opened the scoring after five minutes through Rachel Yankey, but saw Leanne Champ taken off fifteen minutes later with a knee ligament injury, bad news just two weeks ahead of The FA Women's Premier League Cup Final.

Lianne Sanderson - recently crowned January's Player of the Month put The Gunners two-up just after the half-hour and Kelly Smith made it theee in in the 40th minute.

Chelsea started the second half with a Sophie Perry on 49 minutes but when Smith added her second goal on the hour, Arsenal's progress was assured.

In driving rain, two goals late in the game from prolific striker Julie Fleeting finally killed off Chelsea, and displayed the ruthless streak that Arsenal will need in the coming weeks, as they continue their assault on all three domestic trophies.

Guiseley FC will host the FA Women's Cup semi-final clash between Leeds United and Liverpool on March 12th, and a venue and kick-off time for the fixture between Arsenal and Charlton Athletic will be confirmed later this week.
