As a result of the contravention of Rule 5 of the competition rules, it will now be Nottingham Forest Ladies who will face The Gunners on 5 November.

Nottingham Forest Ladies Chairperson, PJ Andrews said: "To be honest I really do feel for West Ham in such an unfortunate situation.  Being an Amateur club it is not always easy to dot those i's and cross the t's with so many balls to balance in a club.

"West Ham are a superb outfit and their spirit and organisation is a credit to the women's game.  However, Forest Ladies now have to gather their own momentum to face Arsenal for the second time this season and should relish this second chance and experience in the Premier League Cup.

Andrews continued: "We would like to extend our sympathies to West Ham but our focus must now be on our own task in hand in putting in a good performance against the Gunners - no easy task at that.  Second chances are few and far between in football - lets hope we achieve something with the one we are gifted."
