The FA UMBRO Fives competition is a nationwide tournament aimed at finding the best five-a-side football team [men's and women's] in the country, and last year, Watford Ladies were the first to lift the new trophy in Wembley's royal box.

The road to Wembley Stadium begins with local qualifying heats around the country from mid-March to the end of June. The winners of these qualifying heats will progress through to one of nine regional finals which will be contested during June and July.

As an added bonus, eight lucky losing teams knocked out during the local qualifiers will be selected at random to play in their own mini-finals, also at Wembley.
