TheFA.com takes you inside the halls of Loughborough and the inner workings of The FA's National Player Development.

When England take on the likes of Germany, USA and China later this month in the Four Nations Tournament, they will be boosted by the presence of a number of players who learned their trade at The FA's National Player Devlopment Centre.

Of the squad heading East next week Casey Stoney and Emily Westwood benefitted from the education in the past, while youngsters Siobhan Chamberlain and Karen Carney are currently in the programme.

It is a mark of the success that already the players coming out of Loughborough are having an impact on the England Senior side, and with the number of players involved at Under-21, U19 and U17 level it is a trend that will only increase in coming years.

Here we take you inside the halls of Loughborough University and speak to the coaches and players involved in the programme and find out just how important the centre has been to the development of the Women's game in this country.

Lois Fidler, coach of the England Women's U17s, Mo Marley, who coaches the U19s and England Physiotherapist Tracy Lewis are all delighted with the work that has been put into the centre and the future clearly looks bright.
