Tickets to next month’s England v Nigeria women’s international at the Madejski Stadium go on sale today and fans are advised to book their tickets early. England take on the Super Falcons on Thursday 22nd April 2004, kick-off 7.30pm, in what promises to be an entertaining encounter.

Tickets are priced £3 for adults and £1 for concessions and can be purchased by calling the Reading FC ticket hotline on 0118 968 1000. Special group rates are available at £10 for 20 tickets, with any additional tickets at £1 thereafter.

The match, which is being broadcast live on Sky Sports, is England fourth home fixture of the season having already beaten Australia 1-0 at Burnley, Scotland 5-0 at Preston North End and Denmark 2-0 last month at Portsmouth.

England Coach, Hope Powell OBE, said: “It’s great to be playing at yet another new stadium to showcase the best of women’s football to a new audience. I can assure the fans that they’re going to see a competitive, entertaining game featuring players who have played professionally in America as well as the stars of our domestic league.”
