Chelsea's FA Youth Cup Final squad have been given the secret to winning the trophy - from two senior players who tasted glory in the past themselves.
The Blues will play Manchester City in the first leg of the Final at Stamford Bridge on Thursday, with the second leg taking place on April 16.
And Steve Sidwell and Joe Cole, who lifted the trophy as teenagers with Arsenal and West Ham respectively, have been telling the current crop of Chelsea youth players exactly what to expect from the big game.
Academy Manager Paul Clement said: "Joe Cole and Steve Sidwell have passed on their experiences to the lads. Steve won the competition in back-to-back years with Arsenal and I think everyone knows about the incredible performances Joe put in for West Ham when he won it.
"John Terry and Frank Lampard have also shown a keen interest - they are very supportive, whether that be watching the games on TV or actually going. Frank and Joey even come into the dressing room to wish the lads all the best. It's great to have them around."
Chelsea are playing in The FA Youth Cup Final for the first time since 1961, but Clement insists the squad won't feel the pressure of creating history on their shoulders.
"We've used the history as motivation along the way," he explained.
"When we got to the Quarter Finals it was the first time in 10 years; in the Semi-Finals it was the first in 35 years and now it's the Final it could be the first time in 47 years we have won it - and as you can tell the boys have responded."
