It took just five minutes for Ricky Duncan's side to take the lead, Henry sending a ball across to Lindie to apply the final touch six yards out.
Lindie added a second on 37 minutes with another poachers finish from only a few yards from goal after Derby stopper Ross Atkins pushed out Henry's initial effort.
Just before the break, the Essex side made it three, this time Henry delivered a left for strike into the bottom corner of the goal giving Atkins no chance.
Lindie then came close to grabbing his hat-trick at the start of the second half when he pounced onto a low cross from Forshaw and fired into the gloves of Atkins from 12 yards.
It took until the closing stages for the Premiership club to make an impact on the scoring; Greg Mills applying a neat finish from 20 yards to give the Rams hope.
However, with five minutes left, Henry completed the rout, firing home inside the near post to set up a Fourth Round home encounter with Stoke City in January.
