Didcot Town and AFC Sudbury – last season’s finalists in The FA Vase – were both handed home ties during Monday's Third Round draw.
Holders Didcot, known as The Railwaymen, who thrashed Herne Bay 7-0 in their Second Round tie, will play Gorleston or Mildenhall Town while AFC Sudbury were rewarded for their 4-0 win over Essex Senior League side Romford with a home draw against Bodmin Town.
Bodmin, who won 26 out of 32 league games last season were given a run for their money by Bitton of the Western Premier.
But former Plymouth Argyle striker Danny O’Hagan proved the difference between the teams, scoring once and laying on a second for Ryan Fice.
Northern Counties East Premier side Thackley, who disposed of last year's semi-finalists Jarrow Roofing, will meet Colne or Norton & Stockton Ancients.
The winner of Bedlington Terriers and Sunderland Nissan, who drew 3-3 in their second round meeting, will travel to Newcastle Town.
Nissan had looked favourites to progress having taken a two-goal lead thanks to strikes from Gavin Cogden and David Tait.
But the Terriers showed their teeth after the break and forced extra-time when Steve Preen and Robbie Cockburn netted.
Bedlington looked to be going through when veteran striker Dean Gibb blasted home a 25 yard piledriver. But Cogden popped up to ensure a replay.
Winchester City – winners in 2004 – signaled their intent with a crushing 5-0 win over fellow Wessex Division One side AFC Newbury and will travel to Yaxley in the next round. Ian Mancey scored twice in Winchester's win.
Arundel, who needed Matt Huckett's 89th minute penalty to see off fellow Sussex side Three Bridges, will host VCD Athletic in Round Three.
Another Sussex side - Rye and Iden United - will play Bideford if they can see off the challenge of Spartan South Midlands Premier outfit Hillingdon Borough. The two sides drew 2-2 in their first outing.
FA Cup heroes Chasetown had their home clash with Nantwich postponed because part of the pitch was frozen – one of seven fixtures abandoned because of ice or fog.
