Histon manager Steve Fallon believes his side can bounce back in The FA Trophy, having just lost a league game for the first time this year.
His ninth-placed Conference Premier side face fourth-placed Burton Albion in The FA Trophy Third Round on Saturday and Fallon is confident ahead of the clash, despite Monday night's defeat at Torquay United.
"We played well against Torquay and were unlucky," insisted Fallon.
"We will bounce back - the defeat has not knocked our confidence at all. We are ready for Burton."
Selling leading scorer Cliff Akurang to League Two side Barnet has also not dented Histon's hopes against high-flying Burton. With Jack Midson cup-tied and Matt Langston injured, Fallon could be forgiven for playing down his side's chances.
But that's far from the case and he added: "It was a shame to lose Cliff and we have a few players out, but we have a good squad capable of covering the absentees.
"Not many people are expecting us to win and the only pressure we face is from ourselves - we are going into the game believing we can do something."
Nigel Clough's promotion-chasing Burton are in good form and he wants the impressive run to continue on Saturday.
"We go into every game believing we can win and the prize of a place at Wembley is enough inspiration for everyone to perform on Saturday," said Clough (left).
But after Histon dispatched Cambridge in the last round, Clough believes their Conference Premier rivals will be no pushover.
"Our assistant manager Gary Crosby watched Histon in the last round and told me they deserved their win. It's going to be a tough game," Clough added.
