All but three FA Carlsberg Trophy ties on Saturday found winners who secured their place in next month's First Round Proper.
Kings Lynn caused a massive upset by dumping out Conference South leaders Eastbourne Borough at The Walks Stadium.
The hosts started well but were rattled when Borough took the lead on 21 minutes.
The Linnets rallied and drew level shortly before half-time. Andrew Frish capitalised on the chaos in the Eastbourne penalty area to poke home from close range.
Shortly after half-time the home side took the lead courtesy of a John Turner header. The substitute found the back of the net having been well found by Dean West.
Borough could find no answer to a combatitive Kings Lynn side, and a disappointing away performance was sealed when Mark Warren netted an injury time penalty.
Bognor Regis of the Conference South edged a close encounter with near-neighbours Havant and Waterlooville at Nyewood Lane.
The Hawks took the lead shortly after the half-hour mark; striker Richard Pacquette nodded home a close range header against the run of play.
The hosts were level on the stroke of half-time thanks to Luke Nightingale's header. The forward escaped his marker and headed home on 44 minutes.
It took only a minute of the second-half for The Rocks to find the winner.
Dan Beck finished off a neat move by flicking a header past the despairing dive of Scriven to seal the tie for Jack Pearce's charges.
AFC Wimbledon recovered having gone a goal down inside two minutes against Northwood FC. Sam Hatton and Jake Leberl netted in the second-half to see the Dons through.
Dover and Sutton United will have to negotiate a replay following their 1-1 draw at the Crabble Athletic Ground. The visitors took the lead through Warren McBean on the half-hour mark but the hosts equalised when Craig Cloke deflected an effort past the keeper.
