Hetton Lyons CC and Coundon Conservative, FA Sunday Cup winners in 2006 and 2007 respectively, are both just one victory away from another Final appearance at world-famous Anfield.

Today's Semi-Final draw at Soho Square kept them apart, with Hetton playing Merseyside outfit Paddock and Coundon taking on Brantham Athletic from Suffolk.

Hetton Lyons made the long trip down from Sunderland to beat St Andrews 4-0 at Edgware yesterday. Hat-trick hero Gavin Cogdon has said he would dedicate winning The Cup to his son Jude Anthony.

Andy Thompson scored the decisive goal as Durham side Coundon edged five-time finalists St Josephs (Luton) 2-1 at Crook.
