Havant & Waterlooville hero Alfie Potter has enjoyed a magical FA Cup this season - but it has just got better.
The midfielder, who was on loan from Peterborough, silenced Anfield when his looping effort gave the non-League side a shock 2-1 lead over Liverpool.
The Reds eventually fought back to run out comfortable winners but football fans took plucky Havant to their hearts and voted Potter as their Player of the Fourth Round.
Potter claimed 54% of the 1,348 votes cast and his reward is a VIP trip to The FA Cup Final at Wembley Stadium. He will also be presented with a solid silver salver along with a kit bag of training equipment which he can donate to a local school of his choice.
Mark Clemmit of Radio Five Live and David Emery of the Non-League Paper both nominated Potter who has since returned to his League Two employers.
Wolves forward Andy Keogh, whose brace destroyed Watford, finished second in the voting after claiming 31% of the votes.
Karl Hawley, of Preston, and Cardiff's Paul Parry were third and fourth respectively.
