After collecting four winners' medals as a player, Mark Hughes wants to reach an FA Cup Final as a manager.
The Blackburn Rovers chief's name is synonymous with the competition - he lifted the famous Cup three times with Manchester United and once with Chelsea - but now he wants to lead his players to glory.
He has come close on two occasions, losing out to Arsenal and Chelsea in the Semi-Finals, but is keen to take the next step and reach Wembley.
"In my tenure here, we've been to three successive cup Semi-Finals (two FA Cup, one League Cup) and everyone is keen to go one further," said Hughes.
"Our view of the competition remains the same as ever - we want to do well in it."
Standing in Hughes' way tomorrow are Coventry City, a side who have enjoyed their fair share of FA Cup highs and lows.
Up and down is also the best way to describe the Sky Blues' season. Despite wins over West Brom and in-form Ipswich, Coventry are languishing in 17th position - just five points off the drop zone.
However, their form in cup competitions has been better, as Manchester United will testify.
"The FA Cup Third Round is a glamorous date in the soccer calendar and the media focus is all about looking for shocks," added Hughes.
"Our job is to make sure on Sunday morning the headlines aren't about Blackburn Rovers being fall-guys.
"There is no pressure on Coventry and they will have a sizeable following cheering them on.
"I think they will admit that their form has been inconsistent, but they have also shown that on their day they can produce both performances and results.
"Manchester United found that to their cost at Old Trafford in the Carling Cup earlier in the season."
