Chris Todd and Danny Stevens scored twice as non-League Torquay United recorded a stunning upset, knocking League One outfit Yeovil out of The FA Cup at Plainmoor.
It was Yeovil who went ahead, when Marcus Stewart fired home after Scott Guyet's header was initially repelled by goalkeeper Martin Rice.
However, Todd tied the game up with his first goal and less than two minutes later, Craig Alcock inexplicably gave the ball away to Lee Mansell, whose shot was blocked by keeper Steve Mildenhall before Stevens tucked away the loose ball.
Yeovil, once famous for their own FA Cup exploits during the club's non-League days, were then dealt a major blow early in the second half when Mansell's effort deflected off Lloyd Owusu and into the path of Todd, who simply nudged the ball in from four yards.
Yeovil had appeals for a late penalty waved away, despite Stewart's close-range shot striking defender Chris Robertson's arm, but any prospect of a Glovers comeback was dashed when Stevens was allowed to run unchallenged into the area and calmly lift the ball over Mildenhall.
Elsewhere, Forest Green were just six minutes away from causing another upset but a Chris O’Grady goal earned Rotherham United a replay.
Stuart Fleetwood netted from close range and, after hitting the bar, rounded keeper Andy Warrington to make it 2-0 and put Rovers in command.
Stephen Brogan pulled one back from the spot after Darren Jones brought him down, before Fleetwood hit the post and that proved crucial, as O'Grady smashed home after Paul Hurst's centre to level things up.
There was no fairytale for Gainsborough in the day’s other FA Cup First Round tie, as two goals from Richie Barker helped Hartlepool destroy the non-league side 6-0.
