Eastleigh forward Andy Forbes is on his way to The FA Cup Final, after taking the majority of votes on TheFA.com and taking the award of 'Player of the Round'.

Forbes hit a hat-trick in Eastleigh's win over Clevedon, and was nominated by Non-League Paper's David Emery for the vote.

Andy, along with Paul Taylor, Craig Johnston, Liam Needham and Andy Forbes were short-listed by our panel as part of our search for The FA Cup Player of the Third Round Qualifying, run in partnership with E.ON.

Forbes receives a VIP invitation for himself and a guest to this season's FA Cup Final, which will be held at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 17 May.

The Player of the Round also wins £500 worth of football equipment for a local school of their choice from E.ON as well as a trophy.
