The 24 clubs in the Conference National have entered at this stage and Torquay United, currently heading the table, have been given an away tie at Bath City from Conference South. The Gulls haven't played in a Qualifying Round match since the 1920s.
Other top sides Aldershot Town and Burton Albion have been drawn away to Crawley Town and at home to Tamworth respectively.
The Shots lost 4-2 at Blackpool in last season's Third Round, while Nigel Clough's Brewers memorably held Manchester United to a home draw two seasons ago.
The lowest ranked club left in this season's competition, West Auckland Town from the Northern League's Division One, could be travelling to Histon from the Conference. They face a replay at Bamber Bridge tomorrow first.
Eight clubs remain from Step 4, including Ware who are 12th in the Isthmian League Division One North and Harrogate Railway who lie 14th in the UniBond League Division One North. Ware host Tonbridge Angels, near the bottom of the Ryman Premier, and The Rail can look forward to a local derby with Harrogate Town.
Ware were last in the First Round Proper in 1968, when Luton beat them 6-1 at Kenilworth Road.
The 32 Fourth Round Qualifying ties are scheduled for Saturday, 27 October.
