The lucky winner will claim a terrific prize including;

  • The chance to unveil a special plaque at the new Wembley Stadium in honour of the Official FA Cup Team of Heroes and meet some of the stars.
  • Two tickets to this season's FA Cup Final on Saturday 13 May 2006
  • One special edition Mitre FA Cup Final Match Ball

Terms and conditions

1. The promoter of the competition is The Football Association Limited (“The FA”).

2. The prizes will be supplied by The FA.

3. Only entries received by the closing date of 11:59pm (BST) on Monday 24 April 2006 will be considered.

4. You must provide full details of your name, age, contact telephone number and postcode when entering the competition otherwise your entry will be invalid.

5. Entrants under 18 must obtain permission of a parent or guardian before entering the competition.

6. We will use the information that you provide to process the competition. Unless you choose otherwise, we will not send you information about The FA or other related football matters and we will not pass on your information to any third parties. 7. Employees of The FA and members of their immediate families are not permitted to enter the competition.

8. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

9. All valid entries will be entered into the prize draw.

10. One name will be drawn at random to win the chance to unveil a special plaque at the new Wembley Stadium in honour of the Official FA Cup Team of Heroes, one pair of tickets for The FA Cup Final to be played on Saturday 13 May 2006 and one Mitre FA Cup Final Match Ball. (The Prize does not include travel or accommodation and the winner will be required to make their own arrangements).

11. The prize winner will be notified by Friday 28 April 2006 that they have won by telephone to the telephone number that they supply when they enter the competition. The prize winner may be required to participate in publicity surrounding the competition.

12. No changes will be made to the prize specified. There is no cash alternative.

13. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of this competition except with the prize winners.

14. Only one entry will be considered per entrant. Multiple entries will not be considered.
