League One Brentford produce one of the shocks of the round to triumph over Mick McCarthy's Black Cats. |
The magic of The FA Cup is still as powerful as ever with Dudley Campbell proving once again what an incredible stage The FA Cup can be for players looking to show everyone what they can do.
A year ago Dudley, nicknamed DJ by his teammates, was working for DHL in a warehouse and playing for non-league Yeading, but today he is celebrating a move that will see him in the Premiership this season with Birmingham City.
After playing against Newcastle in the Third Round of the competition last season, Martin Allen promptly gave him his chance at Brentford.
His two fantastic goals against Sunderland this season showed Steve Bruce just what he was capable of and following an eleventh hour transfer he will have that opportunity on a regular basis.
We bring you the video of his two goals against the Black Cats that showed the country what a player he is, and once again demonstrated the power of The FA Cup.
