The tie of the Fifth Round between Liverpool and Manchester United at Anfield will be screened live on BBC.
The clash of the two giants, which will kick-off at 12.30pm on Saturday 18 February, is the first of two live games that day.
Newcastle United's home tie with Championship side Southampton will also be shown on BBC, kicking off at 5.40pm.
FA Cup heroes Colchester will feature live on Sky TV on Sunday 19 February.
Phil Parkinson's side, who beat Derby County 3-1 in the Fourth Round, will play the winner of Everton and Chelsea at 4pm.
The all-Premiership clash between Aston Villa and Manchester City will be the fourth live game of the weekend, with BBC screening this game which kicks off at 6.30pm.
The kick-off times were arranged following consultation with the clubs, relevant Police authorities and stakeholders.
