Yesterday we announced the five players in the frame for the tenth and penultimate place in this season's Team of The FA Cup. We're letting fans decide who deserves to be crowned the Player of the Sixth Round and join the illustrious eleven of 2004-05.

And for fans who vote in our online poll, we are also giving away the chance to win two tickets to The FA Cup Semi-Final match of their choice, which will be played at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium on the weekend of 16 and 17 April.

They are two big games: Arsenal versus Blackburn Rovers and Newcastle United up against Manchester United.

First of all, you need to make your vote count in the poll found on our home page, then simply submit your details to us to go into the draw for this very special prize.

But who should you vote for?  The five stars nominated are:

  • Manchester United captain Roy Keane, scorer of United’s opener against Southampton
  • Paul Scholes who scored two in United's comprehensive 4-0 win at St. Mary's.
  • Arsenal’s Freddie Ljungberg, who scored after just three minutes in The Gunners’ 1-0 win over Bolton. The Swedish international could become the first player to feature in The Team of The FA Cup in consecutive years.
  • Blackburn’s calm and collected 83rd minute penalty taker Paul Dickov after scoring against his former club Leicester City in a 1-0 victory.
  • Shay Given, Newcastle United’s ‘keeper who made a string of world class saves to keep Spurs at bay in a hard-fought 1-0 victory.

Now fans have until 9.00am on Monday 21 March to vote for their Player of the Round and enter the competition.

Remember, you vote does count and the winning player will win £1000 worth of UMBRO football kit and equipment for a local school, club or organisation of his choice, plus an engraved silver salver. He'll also join Bishop’s Cleeve FC’s Kevin Slack, AFC Wimbledon’s Rob Ursell, Bath City’s Scott Partridge, Halifax Town’s Craig Midgley, Slough Town’s Alex Haddow, Exeter’s Dean Moxey and Paul Jones, Yeovil Town’s Kevin Gall and Nottingham Forest’s Kris Commons in The FA’s Team of The FA Cup.

The team will enjoy VIP status at The FA Cup Final at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday 21 May and will be introduced to the crowd at half time.
