Watford manager Ray Lewington is considering including on-loan England Under-20 forward Michael Chopra in Watford's side to face Southampton at Villa Park on Sunday
The 19-year-old Newcastle striker warmed up for the semi final by bagging four goals in a spectacular 7-4 win over Burnley last weekend and looks set to start in Birmingham.
Goalkeeper Alec Chamberlain will make his 750th career club appearance between the sticks.
Lewington has relatively few injury concerns as his team bid to reach their first final since 1984. Top scorer Heidar Helguson is available again after a thigh injury while defender Marcus Gayle (knee ligaments) and midfielder Allan Nielsen (calf) are both back in training and in contention.
For Southampton boss Gordon Strachan, doubts remain over three key players. Captain Jason Dodd (foot) has returned to full training and is battling to be fit for Sunday's showdown. The Scotsman will also make late decisions on goalkeeping revelation Antti Niemi (knee) and midfielder Rory Delap, who is back in contention after six weeks out with a knee injury.
Probable Teams
Watford: Chamberlain, Mahon, Cox, Gayle, Robinson, Ardley, Nielsen, Hyde, Glass, Chopra, Helguson
