Mark Lillis is putting his faith in youth, as he aims to guide Huddersfield Town to The FA Cup Fifth Round tonight.
The Terriers travel to Leicester City for a Fourth Round replay, with a home tie against Wigan Athletic on offer for the winners at the weekend.
And Town have been hit by injuries ahead of their trip to the King Power Stadium, meaning caretaker boss Lillis will turn to the club’s younger players.
He said: "There might be a few of the young lads who get a chance and what a great stage for them to represent the club.
"It is a very tough game, but we are going into the match confident that we can win.
"If we get through, we have got a good game against Premier League Wigan to look forward to."
Lillis has been in charge on a temporary basis at the John Smith's Stadium since the dismissal of Simon Grayson last month, including the 1-1 draw in the first tie.
There has been speculation since over who the Yorkshire club will be appointing to replace him, but Lillis has warned Leicester that they’ll be facing a determined team on Tuesday regardless of the current situation.
He added: “The club isn't in turmoil and no-one is unsettled.
"Everyone is focused on playing for the club and the shirt. The players have responded to me over the last three weeks and I hope that continues.
"Leicester have got a great squad of players and Nigel Pearson is doing a great job there.
"He will know that we have got a team that works hard.
“We need to embrace the night; we are away from home and we should have a decent following so we need to give it our best shot."
