Sheffield Wednesday will look to do a cup-double over Blackpool on Tuesday night, having already knocked them out of the League Cup earlier this season.
Both clubs played out a 1-1 draw when they first met in the Fourth Round last week at Bloomfield Road, when experienced striker Kevin Phillips scored a late Blackpool penalty to force the replay.
A Fifth Round away trip against five-time Cup winners Everton is the prize on offer to the winners of this match.
League One side Wednesday have made tidy work of their FA Cup campaign so far this season; knocking out Morecambe, Aldershot and Championship high-fliers West Ham en route to the Fourth Round.
Ian Holloway's Tangerines made easy work of their Third Round tie, thumping local rivals Fleetwood Town 5-1. That result has been a common theme for the Tangerines in 2012, having made an unbeaten start to the calendar year.
And the magic of The FA Cup means a great deal to the players, with Owls defender Réda Johnson desperate to progress on Tuesday night.
"The FA Cup is very important to me," admitted the Benin defender.
"It is a big, famous competition and every footballer wants to play in The FA Cup Final.
"If we can beat Blackpool, we play Everton, which is a big Premier League club and it would be a great experience for all the players."
