These prices have been frozen from last year and amended to take into account the VAT reduction. Both clubs will be allocated 25,000 tickets. Chelsea will wear their yellow kit (yellow shirts, yellow shorts and yellow socks) and be situated in the west of Wembley Stadium whilst Everton will wear their blue kit (blue shirts, white shorts and white socks) and be located in the east stands. The FA has also announced a crackdown on ticket touting for this year’s Final with the introduction of an "Out the Touts" campaign and hotline number 0800 085 0508 as well as increasing its anti-touting operation around the stadium on match day. Each year, The FA aims to make as many tickets as possible available to supporters of both participating clubs whilst ensuring that those involved in running football at all levels have the opportunity to share in English football’s showpiece event. Both clubs met at Wembley Stadium today to discuss the arrangements for the match. Wembley has a capacity of 90,000 and after the Club Wembley ten-year season tickets are accounted for 70% of the remaining tickets were provided to the competing clubs to distribute. The remaining 30% of tickets will be allocated to people involved in the grassroots game and the football family. The football family comprises the 92 Premier League and Football League clubs, the 134 Full Member clubs, other clubs who reached the Third Round of this season's competition, charities, FA sponsors, the Football Foundation, Premier League, Football League, Football Conference, PFA, International Associations, FIFA, UEFA and County Football Associations. The FA Cup Final is a unique sporting event and the demand for tickets always exceeds supply. It is the biggest domestic Cup Final in the world and an occasion for The FA to reward the thousands of individuals who give up their time and energy to football, without whom the grassroots game would not exist.Earlier this week The FA confirmed that Howard Webb will referee this season’s FA Cup Final along with assistant referees Michael Mullarkey and David Richardson with Martin Atkinson as the fourth official.
