The FA’s Customer Relations Unit was created in 2000 to build relationships and develop the flow of communication between The FA and the football public.
The work of the CR Unit ranges from day-to-day interaction with the football public to developing more long-term partnerships with supporters groups.
Towards the end of 2004 the Unit was expanded in order to deal with the vast number of queries we receive in a timely manner and to increase the amount of pro-active work undertaken.
