Your ticketing questions answered.

  • When do tickets go on sale?
    As a general rule, tickets for an England home match will go on sale roughly three months prior to the game.

  • When will my tickets be sent out to me?
    As a general rule tickets are dispatched roughly two weeks before the game.
    Should you not receive your tickets at least two working days before the match you will need to contact Ticketmaster on 0844 4 999 999 (option 4 and then press options 2 or 4) and they will arrange for your tickets to be held for collection at the West Ticket Office on the day of the match.

  • How old does a junior have to be in order to sit in the family enclosure?
    15 years or under.
