Following a recent survey into the use of sport psychology and consultants in football, one of the emergent aspects was the actual knowledge base of individuals about selected Sport Psychology topics. In an attempt to further understand this area we would like all coaches, players and parents to complete a short questionnaire that investigates their own knowledge base on selected sport psychology topics.
