FA Doping Control Regulations are now available ahead of the 2007-2008 season and can be downloaded here:

The FA operate the largest doping control programme in the UK with over 1600 drug tests conducted at all levels of English football, including professional level, youth football and women's football.

The FA also operate the largest out-of-competition drug testing programme in world football with random, no-notice out-of-competition drug tests conducted at clubs throughout the year, including the close season. The FA Programme is conducted in partnership with UK Sport, the UK National Anti-Doping Organisation.

The new Doping Regulations are part of The FA's ongoing commitment to prevent doping within English football. The FA also continue to operate an out-of-competition Social Drugs testing programme, which goes beyond the scope of the WADC.

The FA also operates the largest and most comprehensive drug and alcohol education and awareness programme, which covers all players registered with professional clubs from the age of nine to professional level.

The programme educates players on the risks of using performance enhancing drugs, issues relating to the use of medication and supplements, and the risks in using social drugs and alcohol.
