Course Aim

As part of an overall quality control system of approved FA Fitness Trainers this course aims to educate and train candidates in the basic knowledge, skills and practices in order to delivery safe and effective football specific fitness programmes for teams and individuals.

Those prospective Fitness Trainers and those currently with the responsibility of football fitness of registered players (including Centres of Excellence, Football Academies, Professional Players) in the FA Premier League and Football League.
