Please note that The FA have introduced revised Football Agents Regulations with effect from 4 July 2009, replacing the existing Regulations from 1 September 2007, which are now part of the revision material. A copy of these Regulations can be downloaded using the link below.
Alongside the new Football Agents Regulations, The FA have introduced new rules regarding Third Party Investments as of 4 July 2009. Please download a copy of these rules using the link below.
In addition, FIFA have introduced revised FIFA Statutes with effect from 3 June 2009, Regulations on the Status and Transfers of Players 2009, Rules Governing the Procedures of the Players’ Status Committee and the Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) 2008 and the FIFA Disciplinary code 2009.
