The Board agreed to commence the recruitment of a Chief Executive with immediate effect. The position will be advertised through the national media during the first two weeks of September.

With regard to the structural review, The Board discussed a draft document considering the scope of the project and its terms of reference. Board members have agreed to respond with any comments on the document within 14 days.

The next meeting of The FA Board will take place at Soho Square on Wednesday 29th September 2004.
