An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Customer Relations Assistant in the Customer Relations and englandfans Department at The FA.

The Customer Relations Assistant will provide a front line service to FA Customers across the range of communication methods used by The FA.

Responsibilities include:-

• To improve external perceptions of The FA amongst the general public and  englandfans.

• To provide administrative support to the Customer Relations and englandfans teams.

• To provide original written work for The FA website and Customer Relations Reporting.

• To ensure a timely and efficient Customer Relations service.

• To support the Customer Relations Unit across a range of supporter initiatives.

• Support The FA FootballforAll campaign by administrating the Report Discrimination hotline and FootballforAll inbox.

• To work on community projects and improve this service.

• Support and attend programme of CR activities at youth international fixtures.

• Support and deliver The FA Vase and The FA Trophy Roadshows.

• To provide a high level service to all our disabled supporters.

The successful candidate will possess the following:-

• Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential.

• An excellent communicator – both written and oral.

• Adept at using language to create original/creative written work.

• Significant Administration experience with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages.

• Knowledge and understanding of the Football Industry at all levels.
