The FA currently has a vacancy for a Financial Regulation Administrator (Six month FTC)

Responsibilities include:

To provide administrative support and general secretarial assistance to the Financial Regulation Manager and Officers of the Monitoring team
-
To be responsible for the administration of agent applications, the organisation of the agents examination and assistance in other agent-related events
-
To maintain and provide support for the development and maintenance of relevant databases and spreadsheets
-
To compile statistical reports and analysis relevant to Financial Regulation as and when required
-
To handle telephone and e-mail enquiries concerning Financial Regulation matters (particularly agent-related) from both internal and external stakeholders
-
To assist with any other tasks and issues as required by the Financial Regulation team
The successful candidate will possess the following:
-
Experience in an administrative role
-
Self-motivation and the drive to work both unsupervised and within the team environment
-
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work on own initiative
-
Attention to detail
-
Experience of handling highly sensitive information discreetly and confidentially
-
Strong communication skills with the patience and tact to liaise with internal and external people at all levels, in particular an ability to deal with potentially difficult situations
-
Ability to grasp difficult concepts quickly and relay these to relevant stakeholders
-
Advanced IT skills, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and use of various databases
-
A knowledge of football, in particular the identity of footballers and club relations is highly desirable.
