The likes of Bryan Robson and Steve McLaren have been joined by lower league bosses, including Colchester United's Phil Parkinson and Ian Atkins from Bristol Rovers, in the classroom to study all aspects of coaching and management such as: fitness and conditioning, dealing with the media, mental preparation and the business side of the game.

And they will ultimately be awarded the UEFA Pro Licence which is now the mandatory qualification in all the major footballing countries and which all Premiership managers must hold by 2010.
