The Coaching Seminar combines both practical and theoretical elements of coaching and is open to coaches of all ages and abilities, and costs just £5 per person.

The Seminar will kick off with a Drugs Awareness session from FA Medical and Coaching Educator Frank Dwane, before the rest of the morning moves onto three practical sessions.

These will be taken by Stuart Hall, Assistant Academy Director at Birmingham City - who has current England Under 18 international Matt Sadler and England Under 20's midfielder Darren Carter under his wing - Dario Gradi - currently the longest serving Manager in the Football League at Crewe Alexandra - and Mark Phillips, who works with the England Women's teams and at the FA Womens National Player Development centre at Loughborough.

Whilst delegates allow their lunches to be digested, the first session of the afternoon will put three former Midlands players under the spotlight during a Question and Answer session.

Paul Birch (Aston Villa), Ian Clarkson (Birmingham City) and Paul Agnew (WBA) will all be on hand to talk about their experiences of coaching from a players perspective, before two further practical sessions will bring an end to the physical exertions at 4pm.

There will be time for a nutrition workshop ran by Lucozade and an FA Coaching update by the Birmingham FA Football Development team, before the day concludes at 5.30pm.

If you would like to register your interest in what proves to be a fun, and extremely informative day, please contact Tom Stack and his Football Development team at the Birmingham FA on 0121 6822525, or send a cheque for £5 payable to B.C.F.D.S. to the following address:
