At an independent Regulatory Commission hearing today, Millwall player Ali Fuseini was severely censured, warned as to future conduct and fined £1000.

He was charged with failing to ensure the exclusivity of a representation contract. It was alleged that he agreed a contract with an agent when he had already signed a representation contract with another agent. He was also charged with falsely claiming not to have signed the first contract.
