Gillingham chairman Paul Scally and player David Graham have admitted to FA charges.

Gillingham FC, player David Graham and chairman Paul Scally have admitted charges relating to Graham's transfer to the club from Sheffield Wednesday in August 2007.
All parties have requested personal hearings, which will be scheduled in due course.
The club was charged with a breach of The FA Football Agents Regulations. It is alleged that they dealt with Jon Kirtland and/or Chris McMenemy in respect of Graham's transfer, neither of whom was a licensed agent or exempt individual (solicitor or close family member).
David Graham was charged with a breach of the same regulations for allegedly using the services of Kirtland and/or McMenemy.
Paul Scally was charged with a breach of FA Rules for failing to comply with requests to attend an interview in connection with The FA's inquiry.
