Middlesbrough FC have denied a charge of failing to ensure that its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the match against Tottenham Hotspur FC on 5 December.
They have requested a personal hearing. Tottenham were also charged with the same offence and have until 21 December to respond.
Shrewsbury Town FC and Chester City FC have both admitted charges of failing to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and have requested personal hearings.
The charges relate to two separate incidents during and following the match on Saturday 25 November.
