Davies was shown a red card for violent conduct during Bolton's Premier League match against Charlton on Saturday 26 August.

Claims for wrongful dismissal have also been received from Sheffield Wednesday's Brad Jones, David Knight of Oldham Athletic, Millwall's Lennie Pidgeley and Izale McLeod of Milton Keynes Dons.

A Disciplinary Commission will consider the claims on Thursday 31 August.
