At a Disciplinary Commission hearing, Hull City manager Peter Taylor was fined £300 and warned as to his future conduct.
Taylor denied a charge of using abusive and/or insulting words towards a Match Official and requested a personal hearing. The Commission found the charge to be proved.
The charge relates to Taylor's conduct during Hull's match against Sheffield United on 8 April.
